1. Delivery Areas & Rates
We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Major Hubs (Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban): Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

Regional & Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5–7 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on orders over a certain value (e.g., R1000), excluding heavy/bulky items like large solar panels or industrial batteries.

Flat Rate: For orders below our free shipping threshold, a standard flat-rate fee will be applied at checkout.
2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
3. Solar & Bulky Item Logistics
Due to the weight and fragile nature of solar panels, inverters, and large batteries, these items require specialized handling:

Bulky items may incur an additional “Heavy Goods” shipping surcharge, which will be clearly calculated at checkout.

Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to assist with offloading if necessary.
4. Direct Collection (Click & Collect)
Want it sooner? We offer a collection option for customers in the Gauteng region.

Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Once your order is ready, we will send you an “Eligible for Collection” notification with our warehouse address and pickup hours.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you experience any delays, our support team is ready to assist you.
6. Delivery Protocol & Damages

Receipt of Goods: All deliveries must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.

Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please note this on the courier’s waybill before signing, or refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Missing Items: If your order arrives incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
7. Changing Delivery Address
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.
