Where do you deliver? We deliver nationwide across South Africa, from major cities like Pretoria and Johannesburg to regional towns.
How long does delivery take? Orders in Gauteng typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Regional deliveries usually take 5–7 business days.
Can I collect my order? Yes! We offer a “Local Pickup” option at checkout for customers in the Gauteng area. Once your order is ready, we will send you a notification with the collection details.
How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your package’s journey in real-time.

Do you provide installation services? Estellar is a specialist equipment supplier. While we do not provide in-house installation, we strongly recommend hiring a qualified electrician with a valid Wireman’s License to install inverters and batteries to ensure your warranty remains valid.
Which inverter size do I need for my home? This depends on your “load” (the appliances you want to run).

Will using solar really save me money? Absolutely. By using solar flood lights, fans, and water heaters, you reduce your reliance on the grid, which lowers your monthly Eskom bill and protects you from load-shedding.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, Instant EFT (via PayFast), and direct bank transfers.
Is it safe to shop on Estellar.co.za? Yes. Our website uses high-level SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment data is 100% secure. We never store your credit card details.
? Returns & Warranties
What happens if my product is faulty? If a product has a manufacturing defect within 24 hours, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Many of our solar products also carry extended manufacturer warranties.
Can I return an item if I change my mind? No, you can not return an item, we don’t offer any return after delievery of the product accept damage or faulty products. Please see our [Refund Policy] for more details.
Does my warranty cover power surges? Standard warranties usually cover manufacturing defects, not external damage like lightning or power surges. We highly recommend installing surge protection devices with your sensitive electronics.
